Shortcuts or commands can save a couple of seconds throughout your day. You are burning daylight and so every second counts.
The easiest way to flow in between different programs on your computer is to toggle.
When you press Alt + Tab at the same time, all of the windows that are open on your computer.
Continue to hold down the Alt key and press the Tab key to move the selection box. Once you reach the window you would like to open, release the Alt key and that window will appear front and center.
